LIVE VIDEO: Watch tonight's Brown County Council meeting

The Brown County Democrat plans to webcast tonight's county council meeting, which starts at 6:30 p.m. in the County Office Building, upper floor meeting room. Meetings are open to the public.

 

Items on the agenda include the following (which won't necessarily be discussed in this order): a report on the Brown County Economic Development commission compiled solely by new member and council's appointee, Evan Werling; Brown County EMA's request for additional appropriation of $17,000 to purchase a new vehicle; Brown County Sheriff’s Department's request for additional appropriation of $11,977.60 to help pay for a new Animal Control vehicle; Brown County Sheriff’s Department's request for additional appropriation of $79,461.75 to purchase three new vehicles outright for the deputies; Mary Fouch, representing county fire departments, request for $40,000 to purchase new radios.
