The Brown County Literacy Coalition offered the sights, sounds and flavors of Mardi Gras with its Saturday, Feb. 9 celebration and fundraiser. Local businesses, performers and individuals contributed to the event, the proceeds from which will help fund tutoring programs for Brown County children, families and adults.
